All memberships auto-renew based on your plan selection (monthly or annual). 5 Annualized estimated value is based on current parts, labor and supply pricing and utilization of all discounts, loyalty points, inspections, and other membership benefits.

HVAC & Plumbing Inspections Include:
- Inspection of the system inside and outside; including system pressure, amps and components
- Basic cleaning of unit
- Basic cleaning of condenser unit (outside coil only)
- Basic drain line flush, with air or vacuum (does not include unclogging of drains)
- Standard water heater flush
- Free camera inspection
- Full home plumbing inspection

May cancel anytime, any services or discounts received will be required to be paid in full at time of cancellation if the membership payments have not exceeded the costs of the benefits provided. Service fees may vary.
